SOLVENT-BASED ACRYLIC PAINT.

Mr. CRYSTAL COLOR is a line of high quality pearl paints. Although the color itself is clear, it provides iridescent finishes to painted surfaces and reflects light in a color tone. The shine is subtle, compared to metallic paints, however its pearl-like shimmer is visible from every angle.

Suitable for car models, character models, figures, and many more.

The colors would appear differently depending on the color of the base. If applied over a white base, the surface will have a shimmery pearl-like effect. If applied over a black base, Mr. CRYSTAL COLOR gives a metallic feel to the surface.

To add more glossiness, apply 2 coats of clear paints.

AIRBRUSHING IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Must only be thinned with Mr. COLOR THINNER, Mr. COLOR LEVELING THINNER or MR.COLOR RAPID THINNER. Do not thin with THINNER FOR AQUEOUS HOBBY COLOR and ACRYSION SOLVENT.

Brush painting: a ratio of 1 (Mr. Color) : 0.8-1 (Mr. Thinner).
Airbrush: a ratio of 1 (Mr. Color) : 1-2 (Mr. Thinner).

Mr. COLOR THINNER: The most basic thinner for Mr. COLOR.
Mr. LEVELING THINNER: Slows down the drying speed. Recommended for gloss paints.
Mr. RAPID THINNER: Speeds up the drying speed. Recommended for matt paints and metallic paints.

HOW TO APPLY Mr. CRYSTAL COLOR:
Prepare the base before applying Mr. CRYSTAL COLOR. After drying the base color, apply 1 to 2 coats if painting with a paint brush or 2 to 3 coats if airbrushing. Let each coat dry for few hours.
Apply 2 coats of clear paints if needed, to achieve extra glossiness.
